In a world where headlines often highlight growing division and difficulty, it’s understandable that We The Concerned feel overwhelmed. Whether you believe we live one life or many, it’s this life that counts. What impact can we “small” entrepreneurs and business leaders truly make?
Answer: A positively infinite one.

Small Business for Big Change
Like standing in an Infinity Room, each inclusive action we take is reflected countless times in our communities, creating endless patterns of positive change. When we:
Establish inclusive messaging and hiring practices
Create safe spaces for all partners and customers
Spend our TEM wisely (Time, Energy, and Money)
Support local BIPOC & LGBTQ+ organizations
Show up and stand up as mindfully and ethically as possible
We're building the safe, beautiful, loving, equitable, wonderful world we need. Who is watching? The future change-makers in society.

Despite challenging headlines, progress continues:
✨ Open Door Pride organization successfully showed up and thwarted not one but two anti-trans hate group events in Sturgeon Bay (as of writing this).
Apple shareholders voted to uphold the company's commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Present! Gallup poll reveals that 1 in 10 Americans identify as LGBTQ
Trans Congresswoman, Sarah McBride, is raising her voice consistently
Erin Reed had to hire a supporting journalist to help grow her business! YES!
Authenticity” shrugs off cheugy stigma for an all out wabi sabi comeback
5 Small Actions for Big Infinite Impact
Connect: Partner with LGBTQ+ organizations for your next event or promotion. Introduce helpful connections. Share gratitude.
Amplify: Share empowering stories of with inclusive messaging about inspirational change-makers. Make words matter.
Refocus: Review your Mission & Vision statements. Do they ring as true as you and stakeholders believe? Rework them with me.
Educate: Host a workshop for fellow change-makers about creating infinite, inclusive, positive influence. I’m happy to help!
ReAlign: Review your “relationship solar system.” Who is in orbit around you? Do they add positive momentum to your mission?
If you’re not IN with Inclusivity, you’re OUT of touch!
