Superheroes to Reveal

Part of the Relationship Solar System exercise I designed, we take a good look at who needs to be in our orbit. I highly recommend discovering these heroic change-makers:

  • New Valley Labs - Ohio punk rock determination meets brilliant brains and business ethics with a big pool of connections in this supersonic startup studio. Also, Ally West has the best laugh ever. Can’t get enough.

  • StartOut - a team of tireless experts determined to provide resources and balance the scales for LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs.

  • Eugene Vintovkin - a self proclaimed accent reductionist from Russia helps English learners practice a flamboyant British accent with style.

  • Parsley - saving workers from benefit cliffs by offering technology and human support for Wisconsin (and other states in the future) employers.

  • OPEN Madison - the Out Professional Engagement Network is providing a new free resource for LGBTQ+ jobseekers to ace their next interview.

Mission & Vision Workshop

We’ve all seen mission statements that were paragraphs, sometimes full website pages, long. My clients love that I help them create that goosebump-creating mission and vision statement in 10-15 words. And I make it fun (truly, without anyone ripping hair out or starting unnecessary fights). If you know anyone who needs a mission revision so it rolls off their tongue and inspires their stakeholders, send them to me. I can be their hero… just for one day.
